Bivalent the Value of the Email You Commit

Hither’s an gentle way to double over your email value: Wait 5 minutes before posting.

That’s it.

That’s enough time to fare up with one more idea that you could include in your original email. Time enough to specify a typo. And time enough to realize if someone else has already responded to the same question (in cases of multiple cc’d emails).

How does this double your efficiency? By creating the emails people receive from you double as worthful. If you could hack the number of emails you sent in half, but draw the ones you do mail more worthful, the people who find email from you will find oneself your emails double as worthful.

Besides, within that 5-narrow time window, think to yourself, “Will everyone geting this email find oneself it worthful?” If not, withdraw people from the 200 field or don’t mail the email at all.

Abiding by your reader’s time draws your email (and you) more worthful.
