CORAL GABLES - Florida East Coast Realty has denoted that 2020 Ponce, a Class A office condominium in downtown Coral Gables, has betrayed more than 100,000sf. The company is at present freing the staying 30,000sf of office space for either lease or sale as the last phase. The project late pinched off at 14 stories, and occupancy is on schedule for 1Q09.
